If prices are going down, as so many claim, wouldn’t it just be talking a little off the massive gains people have had in the past few years? Detached homes are where the real gains have been made. So when you listen to the “Market Stats” from the media, please remember they are lumping everything into coming up with one big misleading number. I don’t believe that combining multi-million dollar homes with small inexpensive condos in all areas gives anyone a realistic number.
